Since I knew how to cook, I made a lots of pancake. I tried so many different recipes to receive a perfect pancake like I always seen in movies when I was a little child.And this recipe is the result of many year trying to make the same dish.

The first food I've ever made myself was either fried eggs or pancakes. And from then on, I've tried TONS of different pancake recipes. I had some ripened plantains and I thought about making pancakes with them. I did a little research and saw that someone already had. But they said to stay away from ripened plantains... I found out that they were just trying to keep the good stuff to themselves. These pancakes aren’t as sweet as they would be with banana. But honestly, they’re sweet enough. You can even eat them with whipped cream cheese and smoked salmon.. use your imagination.
