Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmashed potatoes
  2. 1/3 cupcorn flour
  3. 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  4. Spices
  5. Salt
  6. Veg. Oil
  7. Curry & thyme

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, put the mashed potatoes, add the salt, spices, breadcrumbs & corn flour. Mix to form a soft but non-sticky dough.

    Place the dough on a clean surface & flatten out using your finger tips. Oil your hand and smoothen the surface of the dough.

  3. 3

    Cut out using a round cutter or cup. Use a straw to make the eyes & a spoon to shape the mouth.

  4. 4

    Fry in hot oil. Serve
