Ingredients

  1. Macaroni
  2. Minced meat
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Tattashe
  5. 1/2dried thyme
  6. Oil
  7. clovesCrushed garlic
  8. Crushed ginger
  9. Seasoning
  10. Carrot
  11. Onion
  12. Spring onion
  13. Black peeper
  14. Salt
  15. Curry powdre(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    First u fried your macaroni in hot oil when it starts to turn brown u drain it in a colander.

    In a pot pour some oil,add your onion until it starts to turn brown then you add your grated garlic,black peepers and ginger leave them to cook for 5 mints,then u will add your minced meat and keep stirring make sure it’s tender den you add grated scotch bonnet and tattashe followed by your seasoning and salt,add water and bring to boil

    Once it boils u add your fried macaroni and let it cook for 20mints.
    Then you add your chopped carrot,chopped spring onion and add your curry,reduce d heat and cover it for 5 mints.when it’s done garnish with parsley leaves.
