  1. 1 cupall purpose flour(maida)
  2. 3 spoonghee
  3. 6-8boiled and mashed potato
  4. 1/2 cupboiled peas
  5. 1/4 spoonjeera(cumin seeds)
  6. Pinchasafoetida
  7. 2 spoonginger garlic chilli paste
  8. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 spoongaram masala
  10. 1 spoonaamchur(dry mango) powder
  11. 2 spoonred chilli Powder
  12. 2 spooncoriander powder
  13. 1/3 spooncoriander seeds
  14. 1/4 spoonfennel seeds
  15. 1 spoonkasuri methi
  16. 1 spoonblack salt
  17. 1 spoonchat masala
  18. as neededGreen chutney
  19. as neededDate and tamarind chutney
  20. as neededNylon sev
  21. 1/2 cupPomegranate seeds
  22. to tasteSalt

  24. as neededFinely chopped coriander Leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and put maida,salt and ghee to it.now mix it well.now add cold water and make a dough.keep 10 minutes to rest it.

    Now after that take a ball of dough and roll oval chapati.now cut in strips 1 inch broad.take a bowl and stick this strip on it prick with fork and fry in oil.now ring will detached from bowl.take out bowl from oil.

    Now take a pan add little oil and add jeeta, asafoetida followed by ginger garlic chilli paste.soute well.now take coriander seeds and fennel seeds to mortar and crush them.now add it to the pan.now add other masala and mix well.

    Now add potato and peas.and mix well.now at the end add chopped coriander leaves.now stuffing is ready.

    Now take a plate and put stuffing in half to the ring.

    Now put some green chutney,some date tamarind chutney,some nylon sev, pomegranate seeds and serve it...
