Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 cupsflour
  2. 6 tablespoonssugar
  3. 3 tablespoonsbutter
  4. 1 teaspoonactive yeast
  5. 1egg
  6. 4 tablespoonspowdered milk
  7. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Sift flour, add sugar, milk n yeast n mix well.

    Add ur egg in d warm water n mix well.

  3. 3

    Add d water mixture to ur flour n knead to make a soft dough.

  4. 4

    Transfer the dough to a flat surface, add ur butter n knead for 10-15 minutes.

    Flatten d dough n cut out ur doughnuts.

  6. 6

    Arrange on a tray n keep in a warm place till double in size.

  7. 7

    Fry in a till golden brown.

  8. 8

    Enjoy
