Oats can be very filling , there by they are good for weight loss and also a very good source of fiber. Adding fruits to it just tops it’s nutritional value with vitamins and other goodies 🤩.

Ingredients

  1. Oats
  2. Sugar or honey (optional)
  3. Apple (you can use any fruit of your choice like banana, Berries, etc)
  4. Milk (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Bring water to boil

  2. 2

    Add oats to boiling water and stir

  3. 3

    Stir until soft /done.

  4. 4

    Let it cool, add sugar and milk and serve with fruits.
