Steps

In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice to a boil, constantly stirring.

Remove from heat as soon as the liquid starts bubbling, cover and set aside.

Carefully place the apple slices in the bottom dish. After 5min.take out apple slice carefully

For Stuffing... Use Leftover syrup and add into sprouts and cook for 5 min.

Now heat a pan add milk brown rice and oats.

Stir it continuely till the rice cooked fully.

Add coconut sugar,nutmeg,and cinnamon powder.and cook for 2 more minutes

Now turn off the gas and cool the mixture.Now pour the mxtue in grinder and grind till the smooth creamy paste.

Latting....Take a plate

Place the apple slice and top up the sprouts on each slice then add rice -oatscreamy paste and decorate each slice with promogrante seeds and walnut peice

.In the end use parsley leaves in each apple slice for garnishing..

In last pour honey Drops on it's. Place apple slices for more decoration.
