Cooking Instructions

    Ingredients:
    3 pounds ground pork
    500 g minced ginger (a generous amount)
    1.5~2 pounds chopped green onions (a generous amount)
    ground pepper (to taste)
    rice wine (a little)
    salt (to taste)
    1 teaspoon umami seasoning
    sesame oil (to taste)
    Method: Mix all the above ingredients well, refrigerate overnight, and mix again the next day before wrapping.
    This filling is much tastier than store-bought, fragrant and not greasy!

    Dough preparation: Mix all-purpose flour with salt, sugar, yeast, milk powder, and warm water until combined. Knead until smooth, let rest for 40 minutes, then divide and roll into long strips. Cut into small pieces, roll into balls, let rest for another 10 minutes, then flatten into round discs. Wrap the filling in the dough, place in a steamer, and steam for 15 minutes after the water boils. Ready to serve.
