Cooking Instructions

    Soak tiger nuts overnight

    Blend tiger nuts

  3. 3

    Strain tiger nuts

    In a separate bowl mix coconut milk, fresh milk and powdered milk

  5. 5

    Add the milky mixture to the tiger nuts juice on a low heat

  6. 6

    Add cloves, milk flavor and desiccated coconut

  7. 7

    Add sugar

  8. 8

    Keep stirring

  9. 9

    Add a little bit of cornflour and turn off heat immediately

  10. 10

    Serve hot !
