Ingredients

  1. 350 grbean spouts
  2. 1/2red onion
  3. 1carrot
  4. 100 grchives
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. 2chilli
  7. Salt, sugar, vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Wash bean sprouts and cut the roots, cut chives into pieces about 3cm. Cut carot into small pieces like shredded

    Prepare a large bowl or a jar and 1/5-1/8 warm water. Add 1 table soon salt, 1 table spoon sugar and 2 table spoon of vinegar. Stir it up until it dissolved

    Mix bean sprouts, chives and carrot. Add chilli, garlic and onion into the liquid above and then add the mixed bean sprouts into it. Store at a cool place for 1 day and it’s ready
