  4. 5 dropsHoney (for each cup)

    Mash or grate ginger

    Boil water.

    Put the ginger in the boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes.

    Add tea leaves and put off the flame.

    Cover and keep for 5 minutes

    Strain in cups.

    Add honey and serve.
