Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 2/3 cupswarm milk
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 tbspmelted butter
  6. 1/2 tbspinstant active yeast
  7. 1 tbspsugar
  8. 1 tbspItalian seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients together minus the Italian seasoning. Work dough until its smooth

    Transfer the dough to a clean surface and knead for like 8 mins

  3. 3

    Add the seasoning and knead again

  4. 4

    Place the dough back in the bowl and let it rise for like an hour or until it doubles in size

  5. 5

    Punch down the dough to bring out the air and knead for 5 mins

  6. 6

    Place dough in a pan greased with butter, keep it aside and let it rise again for like 25 minutes

  7. 7

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25minutes or till the top is brown

  8. 8

    Brush freshly made bread with a mixture of melted butter and sugar or honey
