Ingredients

  1. 2karela( bitter gourd)
  2. 2 tbspRed chilli flakes
  3. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  4. 1 tbspGinger garlic
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  7. 2 stringsCurry leaves
  8. 2 tbspCoconut oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the bittergourd.Cut open the bittergourd into 2 pieces and removes all seeds cut into half circles or any shape you desire......

    Heat oil in a non stick pan throw in mustard seeds and let it splutter and add 1sprig curry leaves And now add half of the chilli flakes and saute till aromat

    Add bittergourd pieces and saute so that the chilli flakes coat the pieces nicely......cover and cook for 3 mins...stir in between on low flame

    After 3 mins add ginger garlic paste +salt+turmeric powder and saute.....add 2tbsp of water and cook...

  5. 5

    Once it's cooks add the remaining chilli flakes and 1sprig curry leaves and close 5 more mins so that it gets fried nicely....
