Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 3 tblspoon sugar
  3. 1egg
  4. 2 tblspoon Margarine
  5. 1 tblspoon yeast
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 1/2tspn baking powder
  8. Oil for frying
  9. 1/2 tblspoon flavour

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl pour in your dry ingredients flour,sugar, baking powder and pinch of salt,margerine, mix all together and set aside

    In another bowl of warm water pour in your yeast, egg and flavour and stire well

  3. 3

    Pour in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients gradually and knead for 5 mints, put your dough in a warm place for 20-30mins and allow to raise.

    When your dough has raised, Punch it back and knead for 3mins,

    Cut and roll it into balls and put in a lightly floured surface take it back to a warm place and allow to raise or until double in size, you can use doughnut cutter.

    Preheat oil and put little sliced onion for a sweet aroma.

    Now bring your rolled dough and use your finger to make d ring and be putting it into ur heated oil until golden brown.

    Note: set ur fire low to make the inner of ur dough fry.

    Serve with tea or coffee.
