Ingredients

8 pieces
  1. 2 tbspbutter
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 2 tbspSugar
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1egg
  6. 2 1/4tsp
  7. 3 cupsflour

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix egg, sugar, butter, milk, salt and yeast. Stir and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Add flour to the mixture, mix and cover to sit for 30 minutes or until double its size

  3. 3

    Deflate and knead. Then let it sit for 45 minutes or until double it’s size

  4. 4

    Deflate and cut into equal sizes. If you have a weighing scale it is best you use it. If you don’t just try and make them same sizes.

    Stretch, Roll and twist

    Pour oil in a pot or pan on medium heat and fry until brown on both sides.

    Tadaaaa (I sprinkled sugar and cinnamon)
