Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 3 tbspnsugar
  4. 1 1/4tspn yeast
  5. 2 tbspnbutter
  6. 1egg
  7. 1tspn salt

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter..in a bowl put melted butter,milk,sugar,yeast,egg,salt, mix and let it rest for 10min.

    Add in flour and kneed for 15min.set it on the the sun to double it size.

    When done knead again for about 20mins.

    Put the dough on a clean surface roll it out and cut out doughnut shape.

    Put all doughnuts in an oven tray or to double its size again or on a surface and cover with sack or big leaeder to avoid it from drying.for 1 to 1½ hour.

    When done you fry and serve
