Doughnut without hole

I love snacks and doughnut is one of my favorite and I always get the preparation wrong. Since I decided to be active here on cookpad I then peeped into almost all the authors recipes here. I saw a lot and decided to try out the one of chef Bynt_Muhammad and the result was super super yummy.

I love snacks and doughnut is one of my favorite and I always get the preparation wrong. Since I decided to be active here on cookpad I then peeped into almost all the authors recipes here. I saw a lot and decided to try out the one of chef Bynt_Muhammad and the result was super super yummy.
Cooking Instructions

Mix the yeast and warm water and set aside for 5minutes

In a clean bowl pour in all the dry ingredients and mix together

Make a well in the flour mixture, add in the yeast mixture and whisked egg.

Mix well to form a soft dough. Note; sprinkle water little by little if the initial wet ingredients are not enough.

Transfer to a floured surface then add in butter to the dough and knead for 20-25 minutes. Put in bowl and cover with clean napkin and set aside to double in size

Punch dough and divide into six pieces and shape into a round dough and place on a cut paper and leave for few minutes then fry on a very very low heat
