Cooking Instructions
- 1
We test for yeast by dissolving our yeast in 1/2 cup of luke warm water plus one tablespoon of sugar so you keep that aside for 15mins. If at the end you check it and it doesn't look foaming and double in size that means your yeast isn't suitable for baking bread. So after after that you put your big bowl aside pour your flour, salt, remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar, the tested yeast, whisked egg, melted butter then mix.
- 2
Then you pour your milk followed by adding little water as you continue mixing with your hand till it becomes little bit thicky like shown in the picture below
- 3
So after mixing thoroughly with your hand without any lumps or particles i.e it must be smooth. Grease your palm and then put the dough on a clean surface to start kneading in and out and sprinkle little flour on the surface to avoid sticking.Knead for like 10 mins
- 4
Then grease the bowl and put the dough back in the greased bowl then cover it for 1 and half hour.
- 5
When you open it this is how it look like i.e it must have been doubled in size
- 6
Take it out from the bowl and knead for like 3 minutes then shape the dough and put it inside your greased pan
- 7
Cover and leave it for 30mins this is how it look like after 30mins
- 8
Then bake for 20mins at medium heat...bring it out and allow it to cool before cutting. Enjoy your white bread!!!

I made this milk-enriched white bread using my super easy bread recipe that does't require any kneading or pounding.Take care to avoid the plastic wrap touching the dough after its final rising, since its surface will be rough as in the photo!!To make a nice slice, make a small cut with a bread knife, then use a thin knife to slice. You could also use regular cake liners instead of pound cake liners. Always Soft Basic Bread Dough Always Soft Basic Bread Dough
I took my usual sandwich bread recipe and shaped the dough. You can also use 180 g of strong flour and 20 g of cake flour. It so soft, it almost melts in your mouth when you have it just out of the oven (the white bread is especially soft). For the amount of sugar, use 10 g if the bread is a savory bread, and 20 g if making a sweet bread.During the fermentation process the dough will dry out in the bread case, so make sure to turn the dough over while removing any excess gas. After the first rise, it should weigh about 390 g. Homemade White Bread Rolls Homemade White Bread Rolls
Since bread starters needs to be used up within 1 - 2 weeks, I thought it best to make bread directly from liquid yeast, which lasts for a while.Unlike dry yeast, the time needed for rising varies greatly depending on the strength of the starter.I recommend yogurt or strawberry yeast, which are both strong. I thought that putting custard inside melon bread would be delicious! Ring Shaped White Bread Ring Shaped White Bread
I baked my usual white bread in a ring shaped pan since I like larger sized bread better than small sized ones. The dough is rather sticky so dust with flour when working with it.If you want to make a pure white bread, cover with aluminum foil when you lower the temperature. Lightly browned breads are just as cute. You can omit the foil and bake until your desired golden brown color. Remember to keep an eye on it as it bakes. Recipe by La Land cookpad.japan -

Fruit Bread (White Yogurt Bread) Fruit Bread (White Yogurt Bread)
I thought that it would be pretty if I made white bread with assorted colorful dried fruits. After several attempts I was successful.I couldn't get a hold of them this time, but if you add green maraschino cherries or angelica to the mix, the bread should be even prettier.I used lemon and orange peel, dried pineapples, dried apricots, dried apple, dried cranberries and dried mangoes this time. Choose your dried fruits so that you don't have just very sour or very sweet types; go for a good balanced mix. Have fun trying out your favorite fruits. Recipe by La Land cookpad.japan -
