Ingredients

  3. Tamarin
  4. Sugar
  5. Local spices
  6. For the beans cake
  7. Beans
  8. Onions
  9. Pepper
  10. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your millet and leave it in water like 2 to 3 hours to become soft.then wash again add your local spices like gloves,dried pepper and dried ginger.Grand it and sieve with chiffon or siever allow it to settle.Boil your water.Get a bowl and tamarind pour the quantity you want and when the water is boiling pour some in the mixture and stir till the mixture is thick then add your sugar depending on how you want the sweetness.

    Beans cake.wash your beans,peel the skin.Add your onoin,Pepper and grind it to a soft texture.then get your wooden spoon and beat the grinded bean add salt till the mixture is fluffy.

    Get a pan on fire with groundnut oil,let the oil for some mins.then by now you can start frying the beans cake.Get a spoon and be putting it with the spoon.Till golden brown on both side.
