#cookwithamna... it's eid special recipe.. I always love to eat tikka and it's easy to make and the story behind the recipe is that I didn't bake or grill it I took a big pan (patila) and make them in steam so they will properly tenderize as well as I gave coal smoke so it give a good smell and well as taste.. Must try and enjoy..it's Marination time is 30 mints and cooking time is 15 to 20 mints ❤

Ingredients

15 to 20 mints

  1. For marination
  2. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tspmeat tender
  4. 1.5 tbsptikka Masala
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  7. To tastesalt
  8. 1/4 tspPaprika powder
  9. 2 tbsplemon juice
  10. 1 cupyougert
  11. 1/4 cupfresh cream
  12. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  13. For tikka
  14. 2chicken pieces
  15. 1/3 cupoil
  16. Coal for smoke

Cooking Instructions

15 to 20 mints

    At first wash chicken leg pieces put cuts over it now take a bowl add 1/2tsp turmeric powder 1/2tsp kachri powder, 1.5tsp tikka Masala,1/2tsp red chilli powder, 1/2tsp garam Masala powder, to taste salt, 1/4tsp Paprika powder, 2tbsp lemon juice, 1cup yougert, 1/2cup fresh cream and 1tbsp ginger garlic paste mix and marinate for 30 mints

    Now add 1/3cup of oil then put marinated chicken legs pieces and then heat it on low flame until tenderize.. It will take almost 15 mints

    Now add coal smoke for 5 mints then serve with chutney onions and parhata..
