  1. 1 1/2 cupsamp
  2. 125 mlcream
  3. 4lt water
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1 stickbutter

    Rinse through the samp before add into a pot with the 4 lt of water

  2. 2

    Add the salt and boil on high. Continue to stir in case some sticks to the bottom. Add more water as the level lowers. If after the 4lt, your samp is hard, add more water, cook and taste until the samp is cooked.

    Drain the water add the cream and butter and mix in until all is mixed in.

  4. 4

    Serve with a stew or even right by itself.
