Ingredients

  1. 4-5onions
  2. 2 cupsbesan/gram flour
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspblack salt
  5. 1 tspajwain(carom seeds)
  6. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  7. As neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the onions. Make a batter of besan, and other ingredients except onions. Add water as required.

  2. 2

    Mix well, now add onions and mix with your fingers. And rest it for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and when hot deep fry the kanda bhajiya's till golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup.
