Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1 tbspnsugar
  3. 1/4 cupssugar
  4. 1large egg
  5. 1/2tspn of coconut flavor
  6. 1 tbspnvegetable oil
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. Coating
  9. 1/4 cupssugar
  10. 1/8 cupscinnamon powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredient, pour the yeast in a separate bowl & add warm water, & close it activate the yeast keep in a warm place for 15mins, your discover bubble & soapy appearance if the yeast is good, add the flavour in it & pour onto dry ingredients mixture & whisk, crack the egg, whisk & add it up. Add water to make a soft dough, pour the oil on to the dough & knead the dough.

    Keep kneading the dough for about 30mins while adding a little flour. Close allow it to rest for 15mins, cut the dough into pieces & use your palm to mould it into oval/round shape.

    Allow it for 5mins & fry in oil.

    Add the the cinnamon & sugar, coat the doughnuts immediately after frying & serve.
