Ingredients

6(person)
  1. 2 sachetpure Water
  2. 2 cupspowdered Milk
  3. Sugar (optional)
  4. Vanilla flavor (optional)
  5. 4 Tablespoonor more of Culture/ Greek yoghurt (unsweetened)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a clean pot, pour in water and milk, stir to avoid lumps.

    On low heat,allow milk to heat till small bubbles start appearing.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and allow to cool to warm ( until u can put Ur finger inside d milk without burning u

    Add in your culture and stir

    Cover in a bottle and cover with towel or keep in a warm place.(I covered with blanket because of d cold weather)for 8/10 hours

    After 8 hours I have my yoghurt.very creamy n thick. I used whisked to whisk it into creamy yoghurt.

    I added sugar and vanilla flavor.the taste is one in a million.pls try it and I'm sure ull b glad u did.also topped with chocolate chips.yummy
