Smash them banana in a bowl, then add sugar, cooking oil, milk, egg

In another bowl, mix flour and salt and baking soda

Put the flour into the wet mix, then mix well

Put the chocolate chips or raisins in, and mix well

Fill 3/4 of each of the loaf pand with the mix
