This is a very easy recipe that always puts me in a good mood! Everyone at home loves it, and I do too because it requires almost no effort. It's perfect for when you have many guests over because you can prepare everything in advance and just heat it up when they arrive.

Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.

Add a little oil to a pan and sear the chicken, cooking it just until it changes color. Set aside.

Chop the green onion finely. Add a little more oil and sauté only the white part.
- 4
Add the cream and season. Also add the cornstarch. Then add the chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened a bit. Finally, add the green part of the onion and cook for just a moment. And the chicken is ready!
