Chicken With Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Steps

Pound chicken breast. Grill or brown in pan with oil for about 10 min each side or til cooked (centre is completely white)

Finely chop and cook onion and garlic in a shallow pan or saucepan with 1 tablespoon cooking oil til onion turns clear.

Add mushrooms and cook till tender and the mushrooms have soaked up their own juices.

Pour in thickened cream and heat until almost boiling.

Add parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

add paprika to sauce if you wish for a bit of colour.

Pour over chicken. Enjoy with cooked pasta and salad.
