Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupinstant oats
  2. 3/4 cupgluten free all-purpose flour
  3. 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  4. 1 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 2 tbspcoconut oil
  7. 1large egg (room temp)
  8. 1 tspvanilla extract
  9. 1/2 cupliquid stevia
  10. to tasteraisins or chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Mix dry ingredients together

    Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl

  3. 3

    Pour dry ingredients into the wet bowl, mix until well combined

  4. 4

    Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Preheat the oven at 300 F

  6. 6

    Distribute tablespoons of dough on the baking tray, leaving some space between them.

  7. 7

    Bake for 15 minutes, turn off the oven and leave tray inside for another 10 minutes

    Cool down the cookies

Hi! I have a recipe of this as well but i used quick cooking oats. I wonder if there is a noticeable texture difference when you use instant oats. How did your cookies’ texture turned out?
