Cooking Instructions

Mix dry ingredients together

Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl

Pour dry ingredients into the wet bowl, mix until well combined

Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes

Preheat the oven at 300 F

Distribute tablespoons of dough on the baking tray, leaving some space between them.
- 7
Bake for 15 minutes, turn off the oven and leave tray inside for another 10 minutes
- 8
Cool down the cookies

When I first uploaded this recipe I forgot to add cake flour, so I re-wrote it in May, 2012. I also adjusted the amounts of other ingredients and added some small hints.These are not so sweet, so if you prefer a sweeter taste, use up to 100 g of brown sugar.
