Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 tbspyeast
  4. 4 tbspbutter
  5. 1large egg
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. Dashnutmeg
  8. For the glaze
  9. Nutella
  10. Icing sugar
  11. Milk
  12. Sprinkles

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, egg, 2 tbsp butter, dash nutmeg and water and mix. Then knead for 10 mins. Then add the remaining butter and knead for 15 more minutes until ur dough is no longer sticky and becomes elastic. Allow the dough to rest for 5 mins

    Then roll out your dough and cut using ur doughnut cutter. Allow to rise for 45 minutes and fry on low heat.

    Then I used Nutella and run it over the doughnuts and use some sprinkles on for decoration.

    Mix 1 cup icing sugar with 3 tbsp liquid milk and mix. Then drizzle it over d doughnuts and pour some sprinkles.

    Enjoy your fluffy doughnuts
