Cooking Instructions

Wash and clean assorted meat and beef and okporoko then set aside in a pot

Add in curry and thyme, season cube,salt,minced garlic and cook on a Medium heat till well tendered

Wash your ugwu before cutting and wash your water leaf separately

Neatly wash your locust beans and smoked Panla

Now place a pot on a Medium heat add palm oil till it well melted not blanched

Add in your chopped onion and locust beans allow to cook for some a mins

Then add in your Panla and the assorted meat and beef, cook for 3_4 mins

Then add in your greated pepper and cook till the water is dried,here add in the crayfish, seasoning cube,salt and allow to cook well till all the ingredient are fully combined

Now add in the water leaf allow to cook for a mins, then add in your ugwu leaf check the taste for correction and allow to cook for 3-4 more mins,and turn off the heat

And serve your edikiakong with your favorite swallow my went well with pounded yam.
