Chinese-style Stir-Fried Squid and Broccoli
I was able to buy a ton of cheap squid fin, so, I made this dish without much thought… which, actually, turned out to be delicious. My husband gobbled it up, saying, "I can't stop reaching for it!"You only need to stir-fry briefly since the ingredients are blanched.(I thought that by blanching the ingredients first I won't need to worry about whether or not they are cooked enough. It's slightly tedious, but that's why I went through the blanching. Recipe by Blue bea

Chinese Stir-Fried Shrimp, Squid, and Broccoli
You see this frequently at Chinese restaurants. I wanted to make it at home, and came up with this recipe. If you are using cuttlefish or Japanese squid, you can omit Step 2. Shrimp only is OK. Because store-bought frozen squid rolls have a distinct smell, I prepared it just like the shrimp. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Norinomanma

Sesame Dressed Broccoli
This broccoli dresses up bland bento lunch boxes! I also really wanted to make this as a side-dish for dinner. It tastes great mixed with the sesame sauce.Adding the mentsuyu makes it taste like you actually spent time on it.If you don't have mentsuyu, a little bit of konbu tea or dashi stock granules work too.Spinach with sesame sauce is also yummy, but why not try this too when you have some of the sauce left over? Squid & Vegetable Lemon-Butter Stir-fry
I wanted to eat squid in a Western fashion rather than simmered, so I cooked it in the usual butter, salt, and pepper but added some lemon juice for a refreshing taste that is popular with the whole family. You can use any vegetables that you want. If you cook the squid for too long, it will toughen. It tastes delicious when freshly made and piping hot. Recipe by Nu-shi
