Ingredients

  1. Whole spagetti
  2. Water
  3. Blended and boiled pepper
  4. Boiled fish
  5. Eggs
  6. Plaintain
  7. Salt
  8. Seasoning
  9. Vegetable oil
  10. Onions

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot, pour some water and put spagetti (don't break your spagetti)

    Add some salt, allow to boil and drained. I love it when my spagetti is not sticky💙. Then put aside.

    In a pan heat some oil and pour your diced onions, stir and allow to fry.

    Pour your fresh boiled pepper into it and stir.

    In a plate, mash some boiled fish and pour into it, add salt to taste and seasonings. Put the remaining fish aside

    Boil your eggs and fry your plaintain.

    Plating my food is wat I love most. Get a small plate with a nice shape, pour some spagetti into it till full. Press down and pour more. With your plate upside down on the spagetti, turn over and leave to cool a little to bring the shape out. Remove the plate, carefully put some of the fish sauce on top, with the plaintain, fish and egg. The green leaf is a fresh small bitterleaf just to bring out its colour.
