Ingredients

30 minutes
serves 4 servin
  1. 100 gmspinach leaves
  2. 1 tsppeanuts
  3. 1 tsp split black gram(chana dal)
  4. 1 tsp gram flour
  5. 1 tspsorghum flour (jawar flour)
  6. 2 tsp chopped garlic
  7. 2 tspgreen chillies (spicy)
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspDesi ghee
  10. 2 tspTamarind pulp
  11. 1 tspoil
  12. 1 tspJaggery
  13. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  14. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Chop spinach add to this peanuts and chana dal

  2. 2

    Cook it for ten minutes or give one whistle in cooker

  3. 3

    Add to this sorghum flour and gram flour.there should not be any lump

  4. 4

    Heat kadai I have used traditional kadai put oil.add garlic one teaspoon and green chillies to it fry till golden brown.add turmeric powder and mixture of spinach. allow it to cook for five minutes,add tamarind pulp and Jaggery.cook for more five minutes. adjust consistency as per your choice.

    Take another pan,add desi ghee one teaspoon when becomes hot add chopped garlic allow it to trun brown,add Red chilli powder. switch off the flame pour it on spinach curry.serve hot with rice roti and garlic chutney. colour of spinach changes but it tastes yum.
