  1. 1&1/2 sachet of macaroni boiled
  2. Grated red bonnet,tatase,onion and yellow pepper
  3. Oil
  4. Seasonings
  5. Curry
  6. Carrot
  7. Peas
  8. Garlic and ginger paste
  9. Tomato paste

    Add oil in a clean bowl heat for some minute then add tomato paste,garlic and ginger paste fry for some minute add the grated scotch bonnet etc fry for 10 mins add seasonings,curry stir and allow it to fry,add meat stock allow to fry

    Add boiled mac,add the veggies and stir

    Lock the pot and allow it to cook for 5 minutes,serve and enjoy
