Ingredients

40 minutes
3 servings
  1. 400 gOffal
  2. 1 cuppotato, diced
  3. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  4. 1/2 teaspoonground ginger
  5. 1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
  6. 2seasoning cubes
  7. 3-5pices Atarodo (attaruhu)
  8. 1onion diced,
  9. 1onion (for the pepper blend)
  10. 1bell pepper

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes

    Blend/grate the scotch bonnet, bell pepper and onion. Set aside

  2. 2

    Wash offal properly and place in a pot

  3. 3

    Add diced onion, the spices and seasoning. Cover and allow to cook for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Add the blend of bonnet, onion and pepper. Add potato.

  5. 5

    Add water as needed (add water to your desired pepper soup consistency). But pepper soup not be thick, add water to get a running consistency.

    Cover and cook, stirring at intervals till potato is soft (about 20 minutes).

    Remove from heat and serve (alone or with rice, couscous, pasta or what have you).
