I looked on the Internet too gain the information for the Recipe, might be possible too use One whole egg,but the only Recipe I saw for breadcrumb Cod fillets was too use only the egg white of One egg - whisked lightly with 2 tablespoons of cold water.Serving with homemade mash potato is good - can add the egg yolk and the little bit of egg white too the cooked - drained - boiled potatoes, did add a bit of Pasteurized Cow Milk and some butter - I used 300g of peeled potatoes that are good for boiling and mashing (Albert Rooster, red skinned potatoes).Shop bought Tomato Ketchup is nice with it and the fish is not bland - for I highly seasoned the Plain Flour.

The Recipe is a healthy low calorie baked piece of fish only - in breadcrumbs with just a light spray of Cooking Oil on the baking tray to prevent sticking, will probably need too turn the fish over - half way through cooking time so another spray of Cooking Oil will be needed for the other side.As for a crispier crumb could pan fry on the hob on both sides before placing in the oven - thus meaning that the fish will be done earlier in like 15,or 20 minutes, but the dish will be more greasy etc.
