I can't get my daugther eat fish, until I discover this crunchy fish fillet from a friend and it works.

This is my dads specialty! I’ve always helped him whenever he makes this.When me, my dad, and my brother went ice fishing, we caught a total of 31 fish! Today, we’re gonna eat them! 😉

It was the first time I had to cook fish, and I really didn't know what to make. So i try this, its really simple, and my family loved it! You can make a little fish sauce next to it , that's yummy!PS: If you cook this for dinner you can eat it with beans, rice and a nice tomato salad, like on the picture ;)

As a student whose family is not always home for dinner, i would have to cook/buy food on my own. When theres food at home, it would be good for me as i would be able to whip up dishes myself. If not, i would have to buy my own ingredients and cook dinner.So i came up with this recipe. The fish was 4$ for 600grams as it was bought frozen. I used panko breadcrumbs which was 3$ for a packet of about 5 cups. Everything else in the dish was either very cheap, or a staple at home.For this dish, i spent less than $10, and it comfortably fed me, my cousin and 3 friends. My original recipe was for 4, but i halved it here.

Just felt like experimenting today. I wanted fish and could taste indian flavors already. So i decided to make these. Inspired by my indian heritage i decide to put a twist on fish curry and make these cakes. They turned out quite delicious. Try this recipe, build on it, make it better. This was my first run at this one and it can be tweaked in lots of ways. But it is VERY good the way it is. Chat masala can be purchased at any indian market and some international markets. Its an all purpose indian seasoning. You can use whatever you like or have on hand....ENJOY!!!!!!!

I didn't have bread crumbs for my fish batter so I grounded up some crispy onions and used them for replacing the bread crumbs! The fish turned out awesome! This might be my new bread crumb replacement for a lot of things. :)
