These were the most tender chicken pieces I have eaten! I had a case of cider no one is interested in drinking and I have heard of cooking with wine and beer. I decided to put some of the cider to good use.

These were the most tender chicken pieces I have eaten! I had a case of cider no one is interested in drinking and I have heard of cooking with wine and beer. I decided to put some of the cider to good use.

Ingredients

  1. 6Chicken cuts
  2. Halfa bottle of dry cider
  3. 1 teaspoonGround cummin
  4. Salt
  5. 2 teaspoonsground red pepper
  6. 1 clovegarlic
  7. 1 teaspoonground ginger
  8. Halfan onion
  9. 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl, pour in the cider. Add the vegetable oil and add spices. Stir

    Put the chicken pieces into the cider mixture and stir to mix. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a ziplock bag then add chicken pieces in. Roll the bag around several times to ensure the pieces are well covered.

    Let the chicken marinate, between 30 minutes to 4 hours then grill for 30 minutes.
