Ingredients

  1. 1and half cup Flour
  2. 3medium size Carrots
  3. 1/3of Cabbage Ball
  4. 1medium Onion Bulb
  5. Paint Brush
  6. 1Egg
  7. Seasoning
  8. Curry
  9. PinchSalt
  10. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour, egg, salt and water to make a watery batter.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan, use paint brush to brush the batter on the pan. Allow it to dry up until the egdes start to lift.

    Repeat the process till the batter finishes.

  4. 4

    Cut and wash the carrots, cabbage and onions. Fry with little oil, add seasoning and curry powder.

  5. 5

    Fry till the ingredients become translucent and soft. Or you can use the ingredients without frying it. Depending on your choice.

    Fill the spring roll sheet with the cabbage mixture and roll. Put a little batter at the opening to stick it.

  7. 7

    Deep fry and serve.
