Ingredients

  1. 7 ozcabbage
  2. 3.5 ozpork slices for hot pot
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 1/2chili pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoongreen onion
  6. Marinade
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoonssoy sauce
  8. 1 teaspoonrice wine
  9. 1/2 teaspoonsesame oil
  10. 1/2 teaspooncornstarch
  11. 1 pinchwhite pepper
  12. Sweet and Sour Sauce
  13. 1 1/2 tablespoonsketchup
  14. 2/3 tablespoonwhite vinegar
  15. 2/3 teaspoonsugar
  16. 1 tablespoon (20 cc)water

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the cabbage into pieces; cut the pork slices in half; slice the chili pepper; chop the green onion; crush the garlic, remove the skin, and mince it for later use.

    Marinate the pork slices with the marinade ingredients and let sit for about 5 minutes.

    Add 1 teaspoon of oil to a pan, stir-fry the marinated pork slices until they are about 70% cooked, then set aside.

    Add 2 teaspoons of oil to the pan, and sauté the minced garlic over low heat until fragrant.

    Add the cabbage and 1 tablespoon of water, stir-fry for about 2 minutes until softened.

    Add the sweet and sour sauce and the pork slices from step 3, stir-fry over medium heat until the sauce slightly thickens.

    Before serving, sprinkle the chili slices and chopped green onion, give it a quick stir, and it's ready!
