I won this cute hotdog maker from cookpad's "bake a cake contest". It was breakfast time and I thought of making wafflesticks or do I call them waffles on skewers😃. What a fun way to enjoy the regular waffles. Thank you cookpad I love my gift💃

Dad's Lazy Waffles Dad's Lazy Waffles
Waffles are fun! Having to use yeast in a waffle recipe is not fun. I have to wait **how** long for the batter to be ready? Just make me some toast!Anyway, you don't have use yeast in this recipe, which is why I call these my Lazy Waffles. This recipe makes 4 waffles on my 8-inch round waffle iron.Joe Fernandez

Folding Method for Baumkuchen Folding Method for Baumkuchen
The baumkuchen that I received as a thank you gift at a wedding was so delicious and it made me want to try making my own.I am such a klutz and wasn't really confident that I could roll up the cake, then I decided to just try folding it in half! So, I tried folding the cake and I could make it so easily. While scooping the batter with a ladle, some flour may settle at the bottom of the bowl; mix it each time you scoop the batter. If the tamagoyaki-pan starts to stick, add some oil.It is easier to use chopsticks rather than a spatula to make this cake. Lots of kiwifruit was given to us as a gift. I was thinking about what I could make with it except for jam, and I tried adding it to madeleine. The sourness of the kiwi goes well with it.The cups should be filled 2/3 full with batter. Recipe by Kogicchi cookpad.japan -
