Ingredients

  1. 50 gmscauliflower
  2. 50 gmspotatoes
  3. 6/7green chillies
  4. 4tbspoons grated coconut
  5. 3tbspoons of coariander leaves
  6. 2tbspoon oil
  7. 1tspoon salt
  8. 1tspoon lemon juice
  9. 2 cupshot water
  10. 1/2tspoon mustard seeds and cumin seeds

    Chop cauliflower in florets.chop potatoes

  2. 2

    Keep florets in hot water for five minutes.heat deep pan add oil to it.add mustard and cumin seeds.let it splutter add green chillies.

    Add cauliflower and potatoes to pan stir and add coconut, coariander leaves and salt.mix well and cook for more five minutes.dont add water.cook on low flame

    Add lemon juice and mix well.serve hot with chapati or phulka
