Mini Bread loaves
This recipe is for fresh bread lovers. Who desire to rich nourishing bread for themselves and family.
Cooking Instructions

Pour lukewarm milk into a bowl add yeast, sugar and salt

Add flour into the mixture and fold till it forms a dough. Then use your hands to open the dough and apply the magarine.

Knead margarine into the dough, cover and set aside for 30 minutes.

After which you cut dough into smaller sections of four and flattened dough with a rolling pin. Then cut out a rectangle, and roll dough up to form a cylinder.

Grease a pan with margarine and apply little flour ensuring it touches the entire surface of the pan before putting the bread dough on the pan. Cover with a kitchen towel or a shrink wrap and Leave to rise for 1 hour before baking. After an hour, apply a mixture of whisk egg and milk to the dough. Then preheat oven for 8 minutes before putting the dough into the oven to bake for 20 minutes. After which your mini loaves are done
