  1. 250 gbutter
  2. 2 teaspoonsugar
  3. 1beaten egg
  4. 250 gdates
  5. 1 cupdessicated coconut
  6. 1 packetMarie biscuits
  7. 2 tablespoonchocolate chip

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter and sugar in a pot on stove top.
    Remove from heat and add beaten egg and stir.

    Place back on heat and add dates and coconut and cook for 5 minutes.
    Lastly add broken biscuits and switch stove off.

    Put into a casserole dish and flatten with back of a spoon.
    Spread melted chocolate chips over and dust with dessicated coconut.Set in freezer for 30 min

    Yummy dessert ready
