Soy Sauce Chicken - Easy Hawaiian Dish

I got this recipe from my grandmother who is a Japanese descendant living in Hawaii. She is originally from Okinawa so she used brown sugar. This is an easy recipe for any Hawaii lovers to cook. You will always find this popular dish at any party. Every family has its own recipe and everybody loves it. If you have any brown sugar at home that you got as a souvenir, you can make Hawaiian food with it!
Tip: Rinse the defrosted chicken very well with water.
Hint: You get this taste and "shine" by using brown sugar that is rich in minerals. Recipe by Aroharokomoko

Chicken in Japanese-Style Sauce Chicken in Japanese-Style Sauce
I always have ketchup in my cupboard but never use it in anything other than Western cooking. So I combined the ketchup with plenty of sesame seeds and came up with this delicious sauce that somehow still tastes strangely Japanese but also lets the flavour of the ketchup shine.Chicken tends to shrink during cooking so please cut it into large bite-sized pieces. Soy Sauce Flavored Chicken in Cream Sauce Soy Sauce Flavored Chicken in Cream Sauce
Generally speaking, a cream sauce flavor doesn't go well with rice. But I still want to eat it with rice… So I came up with this recipe that would go well with rice.It has a strong flavor, so would go well with rice and/or sake (beer or wine). Please try it as a pasta sauce too!If you use a heavy cream that has more than 35% fat content (I strongly recommend 42% in particular!), the sauce will become tastier with added creaminess and richness. Please use any kind of mushroom you like. The heavy cream will start to separate when heated excessively, so make sure to add it right before serving. Simple Chicken Simmered in Soy Sauce Simple Chicken Simmered in Soy Sauce
This is something I often ate that was made by my mother. When she taught me the recipe I found that it was simple and was just a matter of putting everything into a pot and stewing.Make sure to use crystal rock sugar (this recipe won't work well with other types of sugar).1 cup of sugar might make the dish a bit too sweet, since the flavour should be subtle. I use about 3/4 cup but you can adjust the amount to your preference.I recommend making the dishes described in the recipe in this order:Chicken -> daikon radish and thick fried tofu -> taro roots and konnyaku. For 4 servings. Recipe by Meso cookpad.japan -

Butter & Soy Sauce Chicken Saute Butter & Soy Sauce Chicken Saute
I love vinegar, so I would make a perfect vinegar taste tester.Out of all the recipes I cook, this is far best my favorite. Some years ago I made this recipe in an attempt to recreate a dish I had in a restaurant, and have been making it ever since. As the soy sauce is supposed to provide most of the flavor, only add a little bit of salt to season. After cooking, taste and add more if needed. My son pours the sauce over rice to eat it up.If you make too much sauce, put shredded lettuce, or any of your favorite veggies on top of a bowl of rice and add the meat! It's also really good if used in a chicken rice bowl. Recipe by +pocopoco+ cookpad.japan -
