Butter-free Chocolate Tart

I wanted to make a chocolate tart with a healthy crust.
The tart will start to rise while baking, but it will fall again. If you let it chill well in the refrigerator, it will be moist and easy to cut When pouring the filling into the tart crust, you may get some small bubbles, so lightly tap it to let them escape. A large egg is perfect for this recipe, but if you don't have one, don't worry about it. Recipe by Healthy daisuki

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Make the tart crust from. This tart doesn't require pre-baking, so it takes about 35-40 minutes total.

- 2
Break the chocolate into small pieces and put into a bowl with the heavy cream. Heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. Be careful not to let the heavy cream boil.
- 3
Mix while letting the chocolate melt. If it doesn't melt, heat for another 10 seconds at a time.
- 4
Put the egg and sugar in a separate bowl and use an electric hand mixer to mix until it has thickened. (If you don't have an electric mixer, then mix well by hand.)
- 5
When the egg and sugar has thickened, add the cocoa, and the cake flour and mix. (If using an electric mixer, mix on low.) Then, add the chocolate from Step 2. Mix well, scraping up from the bottom of the bowl.
- 6
If you are using flour, first sift it together with the cocoa. If the chocolate starts to get hard, microwave for 10 seconds at a time until it softens.
- 7
Pour the filling into the tart from about 30 cm above. Bake in an oven at 170℃ for 34 minutes.
- 8
Chill in the refrigerator and top with whatever you'd like.
- 9
If you only have 100 ml of heavy cream, you can use 100 ml of heavy cream and 50 ml of milk. If you want an even healthier tart, use 100 ml of heavy cream and 50 ml of water.

This uses cocoa powder. If you use black cocoa, it'll look a bit bitter, but the taste doesn't change.
- 12
For the Valentine's Day version, I used a store-bought heart-shaped paper pan. It's not really all that deep, so the recipe made enough for two. I baked the leftover filling in a ramekin.

This is just something that I came up with on the spot. It's a convenient sauce that you can make a lot of and keep stored.*When you're melting the chocolate in the microwave, mix it as you warm it up. Keep your eye on it and adjust the cooking time accordingly. Since it's on the bottom of the tart, you do not need to warm it in a hot water bath. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

Cheese Chocolate Tart Cheese Chocolate Tart
I made this as a birthday present for my boyfriend. I always made strawberry cake, so this year to be different, I made chocolate tart. It's like Valentine's.For a 20 cm tart pan, it will be 1 cake. It's not very sweet, so use sweet or milk chocolate if you prefer sweeter taste. The reason I line chocolate flakes on the bottom is to prevent the cream from seeping through the poked holes. (maybe you don't need it)Instead of cheese cream, you can use whipped heavy cream, decorate with strawberry! Recipe by Yossy. (makes two 12 cm tart pan.) cookpad.japan -
