Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1 headcabbage
  2. 1 cuppeas
  3. 1-2 tspoil
  4. 1 tspMustard seeds
  5. 6-7curry leaves
  6. 1/4 tsphing
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  9. 1 tspsalt (or to taste)
  10. 1/2 tspkashmiri mirch
  11. 1-2 tspsugar (optional)
  12. 1/4 cupcoriander/cilantro

    Cut and wash the cabbage

    Take out frozen peas

  3. 3

    Switch on the IP to saute mode and add 2 tsp of oil

  4. 4

    Add rai, hing and curry leaves once the oil is hot

  5. 5

    Add the cabbage and peas and then all the masalas

  6. 6

    Add 1/4 cup of water, ensure nothing is sticking to the bottle and the bottom is slightly moist. This will help with pressure building

  7. 7

    Close the lid, set knob to sealing mode (facing back) and then cook on low pressure (press cancel, manual and the pressure to adjust low or high pressure) for 1 minute. Quick release the pressure.

    Open the lid once all the steam is out and mix well

    Adjust salt if required and add sugar (optional) and garnish with cilantro
