Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Scotch Bonnets
  3. cubeSeasoning
  4. Garlic/ginger
  5. Oil
  6. Egg
  7. Spring Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Peel yam,wash and dice add little salt and boil untill soft

  2. 2

    Crack eggs and transfer into bowl add grinded scotch bonnet dice spring onions add d seasoning cube and garlic ginger mixture and whisk together

  3. 3

    On a pan pour little amount of oil pour the egg and keep stirring until it done and serve with the boiled yam
