Moist Chewy Crepes

I've always loved crepes and often made it without giving much thought to the ratio of ingredients, but this time, I measured them out well. Because these crepes are so simple and yet easy to handle, I decided to post the recipe here!
Take care to strain the batter to remove lumps - this really makes a difference. There's no need to grease the pan if it's a non-stick frying pan. Make sure to heat the frying pan well. It's a simple taste, so you could make a meal with it for sure. Recipe by Lesser Panda

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine cake flour, sugar, and salt (and baking powder, if making Mille Crêpe) in a bowl. Whisk to break any lumps. Add eggs and mix well.
- 2
When smooth, add milk in several batches. Mix some more until smooth. If you add all the milk in one go, the batter will get lumpy.
- 3
Now add the vegetable oil and vanilla oil, and continue to mix. The batter will be nice and smooth. It might look nice, but there may be lumps hiding underneath.
- 4
Pass the batter through a sieve to remove any lumps or impurities. Finally, the batter is really smooth. At this point, you should heat the frying pan.
- 5
Lightly grease the frying pan and pour in one ladleful of the batter. Spread it out quickly to cook. When using a non-stick frying pan, you don't need any oil.
- 6
When the edges dry and raise, insert a chopstick on the bottom. Turn and roll the crepe up to flip over.
- 7
Cook for a few seconds, and it's done. Spread it out onto a serving plate. When the other batches are done, layer them together. You could make 7 to 8 crepes that are 25 cm in diameter.
- 8
Serve with toppings of your choice, or fold in any filling to finish. It's actually quite firm and easy to handle.
- 9
With some cake syrup and powdered sugar. I served some to my kids with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, and bananas. They loved it!
- 10
So moist chewy, airy, and delicious. Fold them up to make layers.
- 11
In this photo, I sandwiched some whipped cream and thinly sliced bananas to make a mille crêpe cake. I used 150 ml heavy cream and 3 bananas. I used a 20 cm frying pan.

Chewy Chocolate Crepes Chewy Chocolate Crepes
is a recipe for chewy crepe batter that I came up with through trial and error. It makes crepes just like the ones from a crepe stand. I based this chocolate crepe with the original plain crepe and the matcha version.Make sure you use cocoa powder (unsweetened) instead of hot chocolate mix or any with sweeteners. It's very important to heat the frying pan very well before pouring in the batter! I heat it until it smokes, then place it on top of a damp dish cloth for a few seconds to cool, and then start cooking the crepes.Be careful not to start a fire! Recipe by Hamumaki cookpad.japan -

Egg-less Chewy Crepes in the Microwave Egg-less Chewy Crepes in the Microwave
I wanted to eat chewy crepes that doesn't use egg or butter. I tried out various methods, and finally created this recipe. In Step 2, I used a 500 W microwave. As long as it's no longer liquid, it's fine!In Step 3, use a fork to lift it up a little, then trickle a little water between the crepe and plate and it'll be easier to peel.Once you've finished peeling it off, pat dry the crepe with a paper towel.
