Ingredients

  1. White Rice
  2. Yeast
  3. Baking powder
  4. Sugar
  5. Onions
  6. Tomatoes
  7. Carrots
  8. Pepper, Scotch bonnet
  9. Onions
  10. Seasoning, spices

Cooking Instructions

    Wash 3 cups of white rice and leave in water for a few hours.

    Meanwhile, wash a small amount of white rice or normal rice separately and cook until done.

    Leave it to cool.

    Pour it in a blender, add the cooked rice and 3 onions.

    Blend together until it forms a smooth paste.

    Wash the white rice that was left in water.

  7. 7

    Mix together and cover with a tray.

    Leave under the sun until it doubles or triples in size.

    Put your fying pan on low heat and drizzle small amounts of oil.

    Pour in a bit of the mixture and cover for about 2 minutes.

    When the top looks dry, it's done.

    Pour in a little amount of oil in pan and pour in the chopped ingredients.

    Put in seasoning, curry, thyme, spices. Add intestines.

    You can add in cut up chicken, or meat also.

    Pour the mixture in a bowl and add about 2 tablespoon of baking power and about a tablespoon of yeast.

    After it doubles, pour in sugar and mix again.

    For the cabbage sauce, chop tomatoes, pepper, scotch Bonnet, onions and carrots.

    Chop cabbage and add in the mixture and keep stirring until done.

    Serve with tea, coffee or chilled drink.
